Administrator-created accounts (and accounts after an admin clears the password) have no stored password.
Sign in with your email and paste the Account ID into the Password field.
After you are in, set a real password on the profile page — we will not save the Account ID as your standing password.
No email from us. We never send mail (no reset links, no reminders). Remember the password you set.
If you forget it, ask an administrator to clear the stored password, then sign in with email + Account ID and set a new password on your profile.
