Check whether one primer pair can amplify across the human pan-genome set (Human pan-genome (97 assemblies, HPRC / GCA softmasked)). The database is fixed; all indexed assemblies are analyzed.

Exactly one forward and one reverse primer. For more primers, use Specificity analysis or the local command-line version.
Default pair (HLA-DRB-AMP-A / AMP-B, ~274 bp) are the 11th IHW standard DRBAMP-A / DRBAMP-B primers (Table 1 in Bhattacharya et al., 2013; PMID 23441825).
